This was the pastel wedding of my dreams! I always love going back to Milling Barn as every wedding is so special and the team make such a fantastic job of making the day run smoothly. Also, I unlocked a new achievement level at this wedding. I can now officially sew a bridesmaid into a dress, whilst still taking photos too! So don’t worry guys, I’m on hand if there’s ever a rip or busted zip!!
Now onto the wedding. Damn it was beautiful! For the first time since 2018, this was a wedding with a celebrant, which I love!! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked with some amazing registrar’s over the years so I’m not bashing them, but having a celebrant means that it’s just your wedding that they’re doing that day, so if you’re schedule is running a bit behind, you don’t have to rush as they are committed to just your wedding that day, so they’ve got nowhere else to be! Plus, celebrants really take the time to get to know their couples, so it makes the whole ceremony a lot more personal. With personalised vows, Emma & Aaron had us all reaching for a tissue. Yes, even me!
Despite about 5 minutes of rain, the weather held out perfectly. A photographers perfect anyway. We love it dry and overcast.
All day long, these two did not stop smiling. You could tell how much it meant for these two to be married, and with their little one Aria, this little family was complete.
Thank you Emma & Aaron for having me there to capture your special day. I had the most fun, and I will never forget this wedding.
Best wishes, warmest regards.
