Portraits are my second love! When I'm not running around at weddings, you can find me in the studio doing all manner of shoots!
My studio shoots are calm and personal. Unless I have toddlers in. They'll keep me on my toes!
These are photos that you'll want to display forever. Something you'll be proud to call yours.

I get involved! Not in the photos of course, but with my clients. Wether it's a couple having their portraits done, or a baby in for their first shoot. I direct, I advise, I'll try every trick in the book to get those kiddos to laugh! (I've picked up lots of useful tips over the years!)

Life moves very quickly, so don't forgot to capture it when it's happening.
There's no limit on what you can do for your shoot. Sibling, parent, partner, best friends, newborn, mummy and me, daddy and me. The possibilities are endless!

Portrait options:
Studio
Perfect for kids, families and couples.
There is a choice of either a 30 min shoot, 60 minute shoot or 60 min shoot with extras!
Newborn
Book in with my to capture those perfect first moments of your little one.
Cake Smash
If being in a studio isn't for you, Location Shoots can either be done in the comfort of your home, or outdoors.
Not just for the kids! Celebrate those big milestone birthday's with a cake smash session.
60 minute shoot
10 final photos to select from the finished gallery. (With option to purchase more).

(A basic cake can be provided at an extra charge, but if you or your little one have an allergy/ intolerance, then you will have to provide your own cake)

what you need to know before booking
When?
Newborns are best photographed when they are less than 14 days old. The perfect time is 7/8 days. At this age, newborns are more flexible and sleepy which makes it much easier to pose them in those cute curled up poses you see.
It takes patience
going over due date
Photographing newborns takes time. (Hence why the shoots are long). Baby's safety is the number one priority so posing them cannot be rushed. If the baby doesn't want to pose just yet, we have to be patient, wait for them to get comfortable and then get them into a pose. This can take 5-20 minutes per pose.
If you still haven't had your baby by your due date, keep me informed. I always try and keep free time around newborn shoots incase of this and we have to reschedule.
